ASEPTIC CLEANSING & BIOBURDEN REDUCTION: Low-pressure irrigation using warm normal saline or polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB) solutions to flush bioburden and cellular detritus without damaging new cell growth.

TARGETED ADVANCED DRESSING APPLICATION: Selection and application of appropriate moisture-balanced dressings (e.g., hydrogels, calcium alginates, silver foam dressings) to support autolytic healing and exudate absorption.

OFFLOADING & HEALING EDUCATION: Education for caregivers on pressure injury offloading intervals (two-hour repositioning), diabetic foot relief, skin hygiene, and systemic nutrition support (high-protein intake) to accelerate tissue regeneration.
